US President Donald Trump canceled his weekend trip to Poland in the wake of Hurricane Dorian approaching the Florida coast.

US President Donald Trump said Thursday that he has canceled his weekend trip to Poland in the wake of Hurricane Dorian approaching the Florida coast.

Trump told reporters at the White House that he had decided to send Vice President Mike Pence to Poland this weekend to make sure all the federal government’s resources were involved in dealing with the storm.

He said that it is very important for me to be here. It seems that this storm will be a big danger. Dorian is expected to reach the Florida coast by Monday. This storm will bring with it torrential rain and the wind running at a speed of 209 kilometers per hour.

Trump was scheduled to leave for Poland on Friday. He has held talks with President of Poland Andrzej Duda regarding cancellation of the visit. The US National Hurricane Center has said that a Category 1 hurricane rising from Puerto Rico will reach Florida as a hurricane on Monday, causing many people to be affected.

The meteorological department has predicted Dorian to strengthen in the coming days and affect Baymass and many parts of Florida. However, the path of the storm is not yet clear, so people have not yet been ordered to go to safe places immediately.

This storm can cause terrible havoc. Earlier in the year 2017, Hurricane Irma caused havoc in Florida, USA. Many people also died in this.
