Pakistan Super League: PSL establishes a new 14-member governing council

PSL: A new 14-member governing council of Pakistan Super League has been set up, comprising 8 board representatives and six franchise winners.

PCB finalizes 14-member PSL Governing Council, comprising Chairman Ehsan Mani, Chief Executive Waseem Khan, Chief Operating Officer Subhan Ahmed, Chief Financial Officer Badar Manzoor Khan, Director Commercial Babar Hameed, Senior General Manager Legal.

Salman Naseer, Head of Players Acquisition and Management PSL Imran Ahmed Khan and Senior General Manager Cricket Operations PSL Usman Wahla.

The franchisors are also part of the Governing Council. Ali Naqvi Mubaram and Islamabad United Representative Shoaib Naveed will be, Salman Iqbal Member of Karachi Kings and Tariq Wasi are the Representatives.

Alamgir Khan is the youngest and the alternate Timor Malik, Peshawar Zalmai’s representative Javed Afridi, and the alternate will be Nosheerwandi Afandi, Quetta Gladiators representative Nadeem Omar and alternative representative Nabil Hashmi.

The Governing Council meeting will be held at the local hotel in Karachi on Monday, initially scheduled for 2 pm but the second one-day international of the Sri Lanka series will start at 10 am on Sunday as the transfer will take place from Sunday to Monday. I will inform franchise owners of their complaints to the board officials.

The biggest problem is not yet meeting the league’s central pool this year, so the board wants franchisees to submit bank guarantees immediately, and many other issues will be discussed.
