Liverpool, Muhammad Salah scored a useful goal in the second half to save his team Liverpool from being upset at the hands of Red Bull Salzburg in the UEFA Champions League. The Group-E match saw a total of seven goals and Liverpool managed to win the match 4-3.
Liverpool started well in the match when Sadio Mane opened the team’s account in the sixth minute against his former club. Andrew Robertson then scored in the 25th minute to make the score 2–0.
There were nine minutes of play left in the first half and Salah scored a brilliant goal to extend the team’s lead to 3-0. Red Bull Salzburg’s team came back well after eating three goals.
Hwang Hee-chan scored a 39th-minute goal to return Salburg to the match. Liverpool leads 3–1 in the first half.
Salzburg started the goal in the second half. Takumi Minamino created a stir in the Liverpool camp by scoring in the 56th minute.
Four minutes later, Earl Brut opened up the goal of the hosts’ weak defense, raising concerns for Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp. The score was reduced to 3-3.
After this, Liverpool’s team was also feeling the danger of defeat, but Salah scored a goal in the 69th minute to bring relief to his team. Liverpool maintained a 4-3 lead until the end of the match and won.
